Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

Orders are created and shipped within 48 hours. You should receive your order 4 - 5 days from that point. Should there be any delay, please contact support@getnateholmes.com

 We ship via USPS.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Shipping FAQ

Please reach out to support@getnateholmes.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to change the address before it ships.

Please be sure to include the relevant order number along with your correct shipping address.

Once your order has been placed, you’ll first receive an order confirmation email. A shipment notification email with tracking information will follow.

Unfortunately, we can’t change an order once it’s been placed.

If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to support@getnateholmes.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to cancel it before it ships.

Please be sure to include the relevant order number along with your correct shipping address.

Returns & Exchanges Form

We must receive the product back within 21 days of purchase in order to issue a refund. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all return items. For returns received within 21 days, we will refund your purchase amount to the original form of payment. minus Shipping fees. Original shipping fees, including return shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Please include proof of purchase (a copy of the packing slip and receipt), as well as a note with your full name and Nate Holmes order number and a reason for the return. 

For your protection and to insure prompt delivery, returns must be shipped back to our mailing address (below) using a traceable shipping method such as UPS, FedEx, or insured Parcel Post.

We will send an email confirmation once we’ve processed your return. Please allow up to 10-12 days after we receive your return or exchange, including time for processing and time for your bank to post your refund. If your refund is for a store credit, it will be available as soon as your return is received and processed.
